Choose a job title with the most similar permissions to the one you need.

Then click this link to enter a custom job title.
If you haven't already, go back to the job title list and choose the job title with the most accurate permissions.

Then return here and enter the custom job title.
Use a passphrase generator like Bitwarden to generate a random passphrase with at least 15 characters.

Change 'Type' to 'Passphrase', and add capitalization and numbers for extra security.
Click here to add a browser cookie to remember your name.

CDK username is formatted automatically, so leave this field blank unless a custom username is required.
Each Finance person/Business Manager has their own printer. Ask the hiring manager which FormQueue to set up for the new user.

Use LastPass to generate a random 12-character password.
Can only contains letters and numbers, no special characters.

Email available online at outlook.office.com and through the Outlook Mobile app only.

Log into outlook.office.com using your email address and password, and follow the prompts to set up MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Then go your initials in the top right corner -> View Account -> Password (along the left side), and change your password.

  • At least 15 characters long
  • Cannot contain any part of your name
  • Cannot contain a season of the year (winter, spring, etc)
  • Do not repeat a password you already use
